What is Christian Faith?

Christian Faith is simply following Jesus and his teachings. The best way to find out about him is to read his life story in the Bible. The first four books of the New Testament are a series of accounts of his life from different writers and you could choose one of those to read. Alternatively the vicar or members of the team at St. Luke’s are always delighted to chat with you about what it means to be a Christian and to answer any questions you may have about this.

The best way to find out what it means to be a Christian is to come along to church one Sunday and see what we do and have a chat with someone.

The Diocese of Chichester has created an online resource where you can discover more about being a Christian. You can do this in your own time and at your own pace by following this link and registering.

It can help to discuss what it means to be a Christian and how to live as a person of faith in a small group and so sometimes we run a discussion group in church for like minded people to get together and chat about God. Watch this page for information about the next set of meetings.
